Pizza Ovens (Outdoor classroom projects in East Anglia)

Made with parents and children, this lovely simple and messy project enables children to learn about fire and cooking outdoors. Suitable for all ages, it is a great team building project.
Other schools and groups have made an oven from scratch with Jessica, and from start to finish, it requires 5 full days. Recent ovens have been built at Aylsham High School, Taverham Prep School and Thornage Hall Supported Living Community for vulnerable adults.

In the rural grounds of Holt Hall Educational Residential Centre, Jessica leads one day courses in the wonderfully simple art of making and baking in an Earth Oven. Make an earth oven from scratch, and learn how to fire it up to bake pizza's, bread and much more.

This one-day course includes all materials, tools and a pizza for lunch.
Suitable for adults of all abilities and young people over 16.
One young person under 16 free with one paying adult.
Cost: £45.00/person
